To be honest, I’m a little nervous.  Although I keep thinking of all the “followers” that will scrutinize my every word – in reality my mom is probably the only one who will read my real estate blog haha!

 

I just want to briefly introduce myself and give you a little background info on how I got here. My name is Ria Mavrikos and I am a licensed REALTOR® with Pemberton Holmes – Cloverdale in Victoria, BC.  

 

I work in the same office as one of the top Realtors® in Victoria, Eli Mavrikos (who happens to be my cousin), his wife Adia Mavrikos who is a successful REALTOR® and Chartered Accountant, as well as my other cousin Arianna Mavrikos who is also a rockstar REALTOR®. My ultimate goal through this blog is to create a space to help make the process of buying, selling, or staying informed about the Victoria real estate market a little easier for you.  My intention is to share what I’ve learnt so far in the real estate industry, the most common questions I get asked, and to offer some insight into living in my hometown of Victoria, BC.
